Myself

These are some of the things I’ve learned about myself since I started writing novels:

  • A stable mood is vital to the production of my best work
  • Taking my medication and getting eight hours of sleep a night makes it a lot easier to stay stable
  • I don’t like to wash up, and consistently shirk it
  • Bananas are an excellent source of energy if you can’t be bothered to cook and have to eat something
  • I feel better when I exercise
  • I am not very hip
  • I love the company of other people, but can’t take too much of it
